2.3 Account Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering your ab9999 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and any other information we may request for identity verification purposes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
2.4 One Account Per Player. Each individual natural person may register and maintain only one ab9999 account. Opening duplicate accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, is prohibited. ab9999 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to withhold any balances associated with accounts created in violation of this provision.
2.5 Identity Verification. ab9999 may, at any time and in its sole discretion, require you to provide documentary proof of identity, age, address or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ab9999 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.2 You agree to notify ab9999 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. ab9999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
3.3 ab9999 support staff will never ask for your password by email, SMS or live chat. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately at [email protected].
4.1 Supported Methods. ab9999 accepts PKR deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Available payment methods may change from time to time; the current list is displayed within the Platform's cashier section.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier at the time of transaction. ab9999 reserves the right to alter transaction limits with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed in the order they are received. Processing times vary by payment method. ab9999 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 to 72 hours of request, subject to identity verification requirements and any outstanding wagering obligations on active bonuses.
4.4 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are legally yours, are not the proceeds of criminal activity, and are not being used to facilitate money laundering or any other illegal purpose. ab9999 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
4.5 No Deposits by Third Parties. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account reviewed.
5.1 ab9999 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and cashback. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions during wagering and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Bonuses are awarded at ab9999's discretion and may be withdrawn without notice where we have reason to believe they are being exploited or claimed in bad faith.
5.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates; game contribution schedules are provided in the specific promotion terms.
5.4 ab9999 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where a player is found to have provided false information, opened multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or otherwise abused the promotional system.
6.1 All bets placed on the ab9999 sportsbook and all casino game rounds are subject to the specific rules applicable to that sport, market or game. These rules are accessible within the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
6.2 ab9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a pricing error, system malfunction or manifest mistake. Where bets are voided, stakes will be refunded in full.
6.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or casino round, the records held by ab9999's systems shall be the final authority, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 12.
6.4 Minimum and maximum bet/stake sizes are displayed within the respective sportsbook market or casino game interface. ab9999 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or game session.

ab9999 reserves the right to suspend, block or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, to void all associated bets and transactions, and to report matters to law enforcement or regulatory authorities as appropriate.
All content on the ab9999 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, graphics, game software, audio and visual materials, is the property of ab9999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution or commercial use of Platform content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ab9999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
9.2 ab9999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures, scheduled maintenance windows or force majeure events.
9.3 Our total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to ab9999 in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ab9999 is committed to responsible gaming. Players may set the following controls from within the account dashboard at any time: deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly), session time reminders, loss limits and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion means your account will be closed and you will be unable to open a new account during the exclusion period, which ranges from 30 days to permanent exclusion.
